Our Story

What Started as One Man's Passion

What started as a one-man passion for RV travel and repair has grown into a trusted mobile service team that RVers rely on nationwide. We've logged thousands of miles, attended countless rallies, and helped hundreds of RV owners travel with confidence.

We know firsthand the challenges of life on the road — and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your RV's brakes and suspension are road-ready.

After retiring from the US Navy in 2022, Brooke found himself at a crossroads — should he pursue a PhD to teach or become the neighborhood handyman? With a lifelong passion for hands-on work and problem-solving, Brooke leaned into what he knew best.

After spending a year living full-time in an RV with Emma and their two girls, they discovered the perfect fit: building a business that combines technical expertise with genuine community support.

Brooke has been working on brakes and suspension systems since he was a kid — and that expertise, combined with Emma's business savvy, has built Ramblin' Man into what it is today.

Veteran-Owned & Operated. Brooke and Emma's Navy discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence are at the heart of every service call.

Our Core Values

The Principles We Roll By

Every Ramblin' Man technician carries these values on every job — because how we work matters just as much as the work itself.

Service First

Every customer deserves a tech who shows up, listens, and gets the job done right — the first time. We serve our communities with empathy and responsiveness, because a broken-down RV isn't just an inconvenience, it's a derailed adventure. A happy customer isn't a goal. It's the standard.

Always Learning

The RV industry never stops evolving, and neither do we. Our technicians commit to ongoing education to stay sharp on the latest technology and best practices in the field. And we don't keep that knowledge to ourselves — we believe an informed RVer is a better RVer. Empowering our customers is part of the job.

The Right Attitude

We bring a positive attitude to every job — not because it's easy, but because it's the right way to work. We always do the right thing, even when no one's watching. We treat every customer with genuine respect, and we treat every RV as if it were our own. That's not a slogan. That's how we roll.
